How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping charge is based on the destination country, we offer free shipping orders above 90 Eur(standard international delivery with tracking number).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on destination country and the type of delivery, it is usually 4-15 working days, in rare cases 20 working days.

Do I have to pay VAT and taxes?
Your order maybe applies to VAT and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any VAT/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order.
Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Can I change my order?

Did my order go through?

If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact us and we’ll sort it out!

What is your returns policy?
You have the right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. We need the returned goods in the same condition as you received them: unused, unwashed, and with original labels still attached. Pack the items securely, waterproof package, and send your parcel by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt (Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, we will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges) All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns will not be eligible for a refund. Refund time from 3 to 12 working days, depending on your bank and holidays.
